Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Wizzisauna. We provide warranty support for our products, with the coverage and duration specified in the following policy. Please read the details below.

One-Year Free Warranty

For one year from the date of purchase, Wizzisauna will provide free repair or replacement for any issues arising from defects in material or workmanship. This includes:

  • Material Defects: Coverage for defects in the wood and other materials used in the sauna under normal use.
  • Workmanship Defects: Protection against defects occurring during manufacturing, including assembly and structural issues.
  • Electrical Components: Coverage for failures of the sauna heater, control panel, and other electrical components under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

– Glass damage: Damage to glass components, except when it occurs during transportation.
– Misuse or Neglect: Damage caused by improper use, neglect, accident or unauthorized modification.
– Normal Wear and Tear: Expected deterioration and wear and tear due to prolonged use.
– Environmental damage: Damage caused by fire, flood, natural disaster or other environmental factors.
– Lumber Expansion and Shrinkage: Minor expansion and contraction of kiln-dried lumber may produce small cracks, which are considered normal and will not affect the structural integrity of the sauna.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact Customer Service: Please send an email to service@wizzisauna.com, providing your purchase details and a description of the issue. We will communicate with you via this email and process your warranty claim.
2. Submit Warranty Claim: Our team will guide you through the process and may request photos or video of the damage.
3. Verification and processing: We will review the evidence within 1 business day and notify you of the outcome via service@wizzisauna.com. If it qualifies for our warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement.

Glass Damage During Transportation

If your sauna glass is damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:
1. Document Evidence: Please contact us via email at service@wizzisauna.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment and send photographs of the damage and packaging materials.
2. Processing: We will review the evidence within 1 business day and notify you of the outcome via service@wizzisauna.com. If damage is confirmed, we will arrange for replacement or repair of the glass.
Note: If you discover any glass damage within one week of receiving your order, please contact us immediately via our customer service email at service@wizzisauna.com. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in the loss of your right to a refund, return, or exchange.

Maintenance and Care

To ensure the longevity and effectiveness of your sauna, we recommend the following:
– CLEANING: Use non-corrosive cleaning agents to clean both the interior and exterior. Avoid strong acids or bases that may damage wood or other materials.
– INSPECTION: Check electrical components and connections (including heaters and control panels) regularly for signs of wear or damage.
– Ventilation: After each use, open doors and windows to allow moisture to escape and avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity.
– Lumber Treatment: Indoor sauna lumber is kiln-dried and may expand or contract slightly, resulting in minor cracks. Outdoor lumber may also crack due to changes in humidity. Both are normal and will not affect structural integrity.
Precautionary Measures
– Proof of purchase: Keep your purchase documents (e.g. order number, invoice) as they will be required for warranty claims.
– Avoid unauthorized repairs: Do not attempt unauthorized disassembly, repairs or modifications as this may void the warranty.
– Transportation Protection: Ensure proper packaging and protection during transportation to avoid additional damage.

Policy Changes
Wizzisauna reserves the right to modify this warranty policy.
Any changes to this warranty policy will be updated on our website. Customers who have subscribed to our email notifications or provided their contact information may also receive updates at service@wizzisauna.comHowever, products purchased prior to the policy change will be covered by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Other Provisions

– WARRANTY VALIDITY: This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and is not transferable without the prior written consent of Wizzisauna.
– AUTHORIZED SERVICE: Warranty work must be performed by Wizzisauna or an authorized representative using approved parts. No other party is authorized to modify or extend the terms of the warranty.
– EXCEPTIONS: This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by delivery service providers, common carriers, installers, users or animals. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, storage, relocation, cleaning or use of chemicals, as well as unauthorized repairs, misuse and natural disasters.
– EXTRA COSTS: This warranty does not cover labor, transportation or other costs associated with disassembly, reinstallation or repair. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
