Frequently Asked Questions
An infrared sauna uses infrared light to heat your body directly, rather than heating the air around you. This allows you to experience a more intense sweat at a lower, more comfortable temperature. Traditional saunas heat the air to very high temperatures, which then warms your body.

Not at all. Our saunas arrive pre-assembled in panels and are easy to set up without special tools or plumbing.
If you are new to infrared saunas, start with shorter sessions of 15-20 minutes at a lower temperature. You can gradually increase the duration to 30-45 minutes as your body gets accustomed to the heat.
The recommended temperature range is typically between 115°F and 135°F (about 46°C to 57°C). Unlike traditional saunas, you don't need extremely high heat to get the benefits of infrared.
Typically, many people use the sauna 3-4 times a week, while some prefer to go every day. It depends on your personal preferences and health goals.
Less is more. Most people wear a swimsuit, shorts and a t-shirt, or simply wrap themselves in a towel. The goal is to allow the infrared light to have the most direct contact with your body. Always sit on a towel to absorb sweat and keep the sauna clean.
It is important to stay hydrated before, during, and after your sauna session to prevent dehydration. If you ever feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell, leave the sauna immediately. Individuals with specific medical conditions—such as high blood pressure, heart disease, or other chronic illnesses—should consult a doctor before using an infrared sauna.
