Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: We offer FedEx shipping within the United States.
Orders over $700 qualify for free standard shipping.
For orders of $700 or less, there is a flat $50 shipping charge. - Self Pickup: Customers who wish to pick up in person may do so at our warehouse in Jurupa Valley, CA.
There is no warehouse handling fee for in-store pickups.

If you change your mind, you may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original condition (unopened/unused and in its original packaging). Returns for personal reasons will be shipped at your expense.
We carry out strict quality checks on all our products, but if you receive a defective product or a shipping error due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us promptly within 30 days of receipt. We will immediately verify the situation and arrange a return or exchange for you, and will bear all costs incurred (including shipping costs).

360° Surround Heating
The six carefully positioned carbon crystal heating panels are located on the back, sides, lower legs, base, and in front of the glass door, ensuring 360° heat coverage throughout the entire sauna. Under standard testing conditions, the temperature can reach nearly 149°F (65°C).
7-color ambient LED lighting
909MH includes a built-in 7-color ambient LED lighting system, offering a calming visual environment to enhance your relaxation experience. The lighting gently cycles through a range of soothing colors such as red, blue, green, and purple. You can select a fixed color based on your mood or allow it to transition automatically for a more immersive atmosphere.

According to internal tests, a single person can assemble the sauna within 20-60 minutes without professional assistance, saving on installation costs. We recommend reading the instruction manual and watching the installation video before beginning assembly to ensure proper setup. Actual assembly time may vary based on individual experience.
